Ages 14-18
This program is for serious squash players looking to achieve a national ranking and play college squash. The group meets three times per week for 90-minute training sessions.
This is a high-intensity interval training designed for players who are already dedicated to the sport of squash. To sign up for this program, please contact Director of Squash Patrick Bedore for approval.
February 23 to May 9
Mondays/Wednesdays: 6:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.
Saturdays: 12:00 P.M. - 1:30 P.M.
